The new European Mentoring Programme at the McGraw Hill Companies is being spear-headed by a group of volunteers from the companyâs Womenâs Initiative for Networking and Success (WINS) Employee Resource Group. The programme pairs 22 talented female employees with 22 female leaders from within the McGraw-Hill Companies.
