Die Zahl der DAX-Unternehmen, die einen Diversity Manager beschäftigen, stieg im Jahr 2007 auf 14 an. Damit verfügt fast jedes zweite DAX-Unternehmen über eine oder mehrere hauptamtliche Beauftragte für Diversity. Das ergab eine aktuelle Erhebung von Ungleich Besser Diversity Consulting unter DAX-30 Unternehmen. Der Diversity-Experte Michael Stuber zeigt sich erfreut:
