Financially committed to CSR: Goldman Sachs

On September 15th, Goldman Sachs announced their continued $100 million commitment to CSR. Over the next 5 years, the $100 million will be utilized for 10,000 Women, a program to support partnerships between universities and development organizations to provide women in underserved areas around the world with a business and management education.

Creative Thinking for 1,500 Pan-European Pupils and Teachers

Since January 2008, over 1,500 pupils and teachers from 24 European countries worked in intercultural, cross-border teams to create joint projects. Partnerships from Slovenia to Malta, Lithuania to Finland and Czech Republic to Luxemburg, produced stories, poems, dictionaries, films, and performances to present in a two-day programme in May held in Graz, Austria.

Total is now providing assistance at its gas stations to customers with mobility restrictions. At over 1000 gas stations, signs are available with a number for telephone assistance for all customers requiring assistance.
