Eine Studie von Nielsen, einem Anbieter von Informationen zum Konsumverhalten von Verbrauchern, belegt, dass viele Einzelhändler nicht auf ältere Kunden eingestellt sind. Dies ist nicht nur eine Schieflage aus Sicht von Diversity, sondern zudem eine ökonomische Dummheit.
